It wasn't to impose a punishment, it was to hide the punishment they imposed.
I am an actual ex post facto public notification court challenger of Megan's Law from New Jersey.
I am coming forward with exactly what was done by Congressman Zimmer to hide it.
Any state using Federal Megan's Law Amendment (H.R. 2137 - 5/17/1996) for a full public offender registry is inflicting a publicly shaming punishment on nearly half of it's registry.

How does 100% pure factual proof of what they did "with intent" to hide the criminal penalty legislatively against nearly half of the registry is what I'm coming forward with.
I've read the Supreme Court ruling several times, they knew this could get exposed one day against them. Well here I am. I'm the one who must come forward being that I am the proof of punishment of Megan's Law.
It was said, "The registry, is like a Kingdom. You Allan, are royalty being second to the throne. Are you wanting to destroy your kingdom or make your kingdom stronger and better for all of the people in the future?"
